I appreciated the hotel's location, within walking distance of many attractions. I had requested a microwave, but the room did not include one upon arrival. The sink drained slowly, and adjusting the shower temperature was difficult. The room felt humid, and my vitamins even discolored due to the moisture.

I thoroughly enjoyed the central location. The theatre district was close. my room was thoughtfully arranged. Plentiful outlets and a good shower added convenience. staff were friendly and helpful. Davon was particularly great. the car service was smooth. It cost a little more than a cab.

The hotel didn't have coffee making facilities, a minor inconvenience. I would have appreciated this amenity in the room.

the hotel's location was convenient to broadway theaters. the staff efficiently managed my request for a room away from the elevator. complimentary black coffee each morning until 9:00 am was a nice touch. i also appreciated the free water and ice machine available on my floor.

i thought the room was a little noisy because of street traffic.

The rooms were clean and well kept. I was happy with the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel provided a list of available items that I could request. This was great. The hotel's location was superb, offering easy access to theaters and restaurants.

The porter near the front door didn't acknowledge me upon arrival. He nearly knocked me over with a luggage cart. He didn't apologize.

I found the hotel design quite elegant and the security was reassuring with personnel present at the door. The room's cleanliness was definitely amazing. Its location offered convenient access to both midtown attractions and the subway. I found that very useful.
