The rooms were clean and well-kept. I was happy with the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable! The hotel provided a list of available items that I could request. This was great. The hotel's location was superb, offering easy access to theaters and restaurants.
The porter near the front door didn't acknowledge me upon arrival. He nearly knocked me over with a luggage cart. He didn't apologize.

I found the hotel design quite elegant and the security was reassuring with personnel present at the door. The room's cleanliness was definitely amazing. Its location offered convenient access to both midtown attractions and the subway. I found that very useful.
I noticed a slight delay once when requesting extra coffee pods.

The front desk staff, particularly Adowa, offered patient and professional assistance! Check-in was smooth even upon my early arrival. I truly valued this kind service.
